Judith Aderinmola Ajama (Nee Eyinla) was born on the 9th of October,1966 in the ancient town of Owo, Ondo State.

She had her elementary education at the following schools and Locations due to her father’s constant redeployment within the Country being a Railway Official .
New Church Primary School, Oke Ogun Owo in 1971 – 1974
St Michael primary School ,Garin Alimi Ilorin , Old Western Region
1974 – 1975

Her Parents relocated Permanently to Ibadan ,at the creation of Oyo State out of the then Western Region in 1976 and she Completed her Elementary Education at St Theresa’s Catholic Primary School, OkeAdo Ibadan. Oyo State.1978

She had her Secondary School education at St.Catherine’s Anglican Girls Grammar School ,Owo. Ondo state, from 1978 to 1983.

The love of caring for the sick and volunteering to take their served meals from the students dining room to the sick students in the hostel sick bay or outside the school if any of them was on admission in the government hospitals, brought out the passion of caring for the sick in her. .

This passion led her to venture into her chosen career ,the Nursing Profession.

She gained admission into the Ondo State School of Nursing Akure,from 1985 – 1988, and also had training on in Midwifery in 1990. The schools are now known as the University of Medical Sciences , Ondo State.

Judith is an experienced , empathic , competent, compassionate, and committed nurse good communication skills.
All these were exhibited within her Scope of Practice in: Health Promotion,
Health protection
Health Maintenance, Health Restoration, Health Rehabilitation
and Palliation. She is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to all her patients,and Clients.

She Obtained Bachelor of Nursing Science Degree from Babcock University Ilishan Remo, Ogun State, Nigeria, in 2017, building a strong educational foundation in nursing for her junior collegues to emulate.

Currently, Mrs. Ajama Judith Aderinmola serves at the prestigious University College Hospital Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria, where she holds the esteemed position of a Deputy Director of Nursing, Coordinating the Six sections of the Quality Improvement Unit Of the Clinical Nursing Department , Uch Ibadan.
Her commitment to professional
development is evident in her certifications in Leadership & Management in Health, and Introduction to Epidemiology for Global Health from the University of Washington in 2017 and 2018, respectively.

Mrs. Ajama’s dedication to nursing goes beyond her workplace. She was recognized for her commitment as a Site Coordinator/Course Facilitator for the University of Washington’s Department of Global Health E-learning programme, showcasing her leadership prowess and passion for improving healthcare systems.

Mrs. Ajama is described as a self-driven nurse leader par excellence, an articulate, Quintessential, transformational leader, a goal getter, with exceptional interpersonal skills that is yielding positive effects on her followers.

She is voice to the voiceless , providing a shoulder to lean on , and a beacon of Hope to so many widows, single parents, the jobless, and the orphans

She is the Founder of HOPE ALIVE INTERNATIONAL NURSES NETWORK.

Mrs Ajama Judith Aderinmola is the Managing Director of Thrivelife International, a duly Registered company in Nigeria.

She is also the Chief Executive Officer of Hope Alive Multipurpose Cooperative Credit Society Limited.

She joined the Piece of Peace Women Leadership Initiative Organization in September ,2023, and the experience has been a wonderful experience.

As a member, and also a National executive Officer of the Organization , she has the privilege of meeting and leading people, demonstrating her leadership potentials,and also sharpening her experiences in Humanitarian society.

Piece of People is Certainly a place to be.
With Piece of Peace , achieving and fulfilling her life ambitions for humanity is highly achievable with their SAHEE SYSTEM , i.e ( Sports, Agriculture, Health, Education, and Entrepreneur ).

Judith was a Guest Speaker during the 2019 “International Womens Day Celebration , with the Theme ” Choose to Challenge ” presented on behalf of Divine Women Skills Foundation ( DWSF), a Non Govermental Organization based in the Eastern Part of Nigeria.
The summary of her online presentation was, advocacy for the feminine gender to be given decision making roles in the society, to be empowered financially, and thru education of the girl- child .

Also, to invest in women entrepreneurial ideas, mentoring women professionally and individually for political opportunities.

She was also the Guest Speaker at St . Dominic Catholic Hospital, Ogungbade Ibadan, Oyo State, during the 2022 International Nurses Week, Celebration, with the theme” SELF CARE FOR NURSES”

She approaches her Nursing practice with a selfless attitude, always seeking for knowledge and new adventures. Her eloquence and ability to connect with other Nurses made her a valued member of the nursing community,
demonstrating her expertise and dedication to the nursing profession.She serves as Resource person, a mentor and teacher to Trained Nurses at the In-service Education Unit, Newly Employed Nurses on Orientation, Nurses on One year Internship at UCH Ibadan, and a Nurse Auditor that ensures International Standards are strictly adhere to.

She is a Member of the Elite Class of Piece of Peace Women Empowerment Initiative Organization, also holds the Position of the Deputy National, Zonal Speaker, also holds South West Zone , Director of Women Affairs, as well as a member of the Disciplinary Committee of Piece of Peace Women Empowerment Initiative.

Her involvement in the NGO reflects her commitment to empowering women and making a positive impact in her community.

Judith Ajama is known for being strong, focused, hardworking , down-to-earth, respectful, strong-willed, eloquent, sociable, elegant, hospitable, and God-fearing. She is also a social media influencer, using her various platforms to advocate for women and the girl child education and Empowerment .
Mrs. Ajama belongs to the Oyo State Chapter of the Piece of Peace Women Empowerment Leadership Initiative, where she continues to make a difference in the lives of others through her compassionate and dedicated approach to Humanity.

She is a Business Consultant with Century 21Freedom Group(C21FG), also known as Diamond Project, where she attained, was awarded and recognized with the Leadership Position of an Amazon Ambassador .

Her hobbies include cooking, reading, dancing, listening to foreign news, travelling around the world, seeking for knowledge, showing kindness , trying new things, and spending quality time with God .
