Agnes Hossana Ajibade is an exemplary leader that everyone will want to emulate and
appreciate.
She was born on 2nd March, 1982 into the family of Chief and Mrs. Edward Iduda from Otokutu in Ughelli-South Local Government of Delta State. Agnes, being the first child in the family of five, grew up with a positive mindset of an achiever early in life. Agnes Hossana a highly optimistic young girl, at a tender age of six (6), assumed her roles as a Social Entrepreneur. She would gather children all of age-groups and share beautiful moonlight tales. She cared for them when they are injured and hungry. At the age of 8, she took up leadership roles by offering to be an M.C and event planner during birthdays of her friends and relatives within her neighborhood. She then uses the monies realized from her engagements to support her siblings and peer group by buying foodstuffs and little groceries just to put smiles on their faces. She was a determined young girl, who hawked food items with friends just to support the home front.

She had her early education At NIFFR Staff School, New-Bussa and graduated in the year 1994. She then proceeded to Federal Government Girls’ College NewBussa for her secondary education and graduated in the year 2000. Agnes had her tertiary education at the University of Abuja, where she studied Public Administration and graduated in the year 2010.

Having been mentored by the great Late Emir of Borgu Kingdom, HRH. Sen. Dr. Haliru Dantoro (CON) Kitoro III of blessed memory, opened vistas of life most impactful opportunities to Agnes, which served as virile platforms and a launching pad into fruitful and rewarding leadership roles later in life. Having trained under this great icon and an enigma par excellence, has enabled her learn the rudiments of leadership and selfless service to humanity. It was indeed an eye-opener into destiny and the values, immeasurable moral principles with discipline learnt under his tutelage has impacted her leadership style today and this culture inherited is being passed unto her mentees.

In the course of her work experience, Agnes has worked as the Chief Press Secretary to the Late Emir of Borgu Kingdom, a Social worker with the Late Sen. Dr. Haliru Dantoro Foundation and a Supervisor/Chief Marker in Abuja Pep Magazine.

Agnes’ strong affection and personality has attracted her to local and international friends who have lauded her good works and immense contribution to humanity. Agnes strongly believes in nation building, community service and the emancipation the girlchild, youth and indigent rural women from deprivation, impoverishment and the shackles of poverty. She has supported many widows, orphans and the less privileged in the society. Today, her impact has cut across different ethnicity, tribe and religion.

  • Her good works and immense contribution to humanity has won her some awards which are as follows:
    Every Woman is a Star Award 2016 in recognition of immense contribution to humanity and Community Service. Coordinated in partnership with the President Barack Obama African Women of Excellence Project.
  • MERIT AWARD by the Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu Mentee on HUMANITARIAN, August 2023. In recognition of service to humanity and Philanthropic contribution to community and nation building.

Agnes is a life coach, keynote speaker, customer relationship expert, content creator, personal relationship expert, personal branding therapist and a counsellor.
She is married to Engineer Bright Adegbenro Ajibade and a mother of three (3) beautiful kids…
